FINESSE ships worldwide. Each order is carefully prepared by our team to ensure the best possible delivery experience, whether you are located in France or abroad.
Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the carrier selected for your area.
Total reception time is made up of two parts: order processing time, then carrier transit time. Both are detailed below.

Import duties and local taxes
- Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees applicable outside the European Union are fully borne by the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by us at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within the following timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays):

Once processed, orders are shipped via La Poste (Colissimo) or UPS for France, and international express carriers for other destinations. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.
Total reception time = processing time + transit time
The delivery times shown at checkout correspond only to the transit time, i.e. from the moment the package is taken over by the carrier (UPS, Colissimo, etc.). Add your order's processing time on top of the transit time below to estimate your total reception time.
