Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales of products offered on www.finessementality.com (the “Website”), owned by FINESSE, a registered trademark.

Any order placed on the Website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly in colours, due to screen display differences or production runs.

Certain items may be offered in stock or as pre-orders.
✅ The product status and the applicable delivery timeframe are clearly indicated on each product page and are binding at the time of purchase.

Each piece is produced in limited quantities, with quality and exclusivity in mind.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.
FINESSE reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Customers may place orders directly online via the Website.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, timelines and product status (in stock or pre-order) as shown on the product page.

FINESSE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (fraud, stock issues, prior disputes, inconsistent information provided, etc.).

5. Payment

Payments are secure and may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method offered on the Website.
The total amount is charged at the time the order is confirmed, including for pre-order items.

6. Delivery

Delivery times – In-stock items

In-stock items are prepared with care and shipped within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Metropolitan France: 4 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 6 to 8 business days

  • International: 7 to 11 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on carriers or exceptional circumstances (peak periods, weather, strikes, etc.).

Pre-orders

⚠️ The timeframes above do not apply to pre-order items.

Pre-order products have a specific lead time, clearly indicated on the product page, which the customer must review before placing the order.

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the delivery timeframe specific to the pre-order.

No refund, cancellation or compensation may be claimed solely due to a pre-order lead time, where such lead time was clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase, without prejudice to the customer’s statutory rights where applicable.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

7. You have the right to change your mind (but it is limited) – Withdrawal / Returns / Exchanges

7.1 Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)

For most products purchased on the Website, consumer customers have a statutory right of withdrawal, allowing them to change their mind and receive a refund for the product(s), including standard delivery costs (where applicable), subject to the conditions below.

7.2 When you cannot withdraw

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal for:

  • products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;

  • sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software, once unsealed after delivery;

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;

  • goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

7.3 Time limit to notify us (14 days)

If you wish to withdraw, you must inform us no later than 14 days after the day of delivery.
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels on different dates, the period runs from the day after you receive the last parcel.

7.4 How to notify us (WhatsApp only)

Please include your order number, the product(s) concerned, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

7.5 You must return the product at your own cost (14 days)

You must return the product(s) (including any free gift provided) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Returns are at your own cost, unless FINESSE expressly stated at the time of purchase that returns would be free, or where the issue is attributable to FINESSE (defective/non-conforming product, packing error).

You may return the product using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage showing the dispatch date.
If you do not provide proof of dispatch and we do not receive the parcel, or if it is not received within a reasonable time, no refund can be issued.

7.6 Inspection on return and depreciation (anti-abuse)

Returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check size/fit (e.g. marks, odours, damage, removed tags, missing accessories/original packaging), FINESSE may apply a deduction reflecting the depreciation of the product, in accordance with applicable law.

7.7 Exchanges

FINESSE accepts exchanges (including for sizing), subject to availability.

Conditions:

  • the request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order;

  • the product must be returned in strictly brand-new condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, odour-free, with no signs of use, with tags attached, and with all original accessories/packaging included;

  • exchanges are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Costs:

  • return shipping for the original item is at the customer’s expense, except where the issue is attributable to FINESSE;

  • shipping costs for sending the exchanged item are at the customer’s expense, except where the issue is attributable to FINESSE.

8. Defective or non-conforming products

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, Articles L217-4 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, Articles 1641 et seq.). In the event of non-conformity or a hidden defect, the customer may obtain a repair, an exchange or a refund.

If a defect or issue is noticed upon delivery, the customer must contact FINESSE within 72 hours via Customer Support:

After verification, an appropriate solution will be offered (exchange or refund, subject to availability).

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (texts, visuals, logo, name, products, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of FINESSE. Any reproduction, use or distribution, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

10. Personal data

Information collected at checkout is necessary to process orders and manage customer relationships. It is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.

Customers have the right to access, correct and delete their personal data.

11. Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution first. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
